California Bountiful magazine promotes connections between farm and city, introducing readers to farmers, ranchers, chefs and others who bring us food and farm products; visiting towns and locations that are hidden gems; featuring mouth-watering recipes that include California-grown products; sharing gardening tips from experts; and more. The bimonthly magazine is available to Associate members of Farm Bureau and to supporters of the California Bountiful Foundation. Hotwire E-newsletter
The Sacramento County Farm Bureau sends out a bi-monthly e-newsletter to Agricultural members and a monthly e-newsletter to Associate members with current updates and information relevant to your membership type. Members can place classified ad for free in either Hotwire e-newsletters.
Government/Policy
SCFB monitors and acts on local, county, and regional issues impacting our agriculture producers, businesses, and rural residents.
CFBF legal and governmental affairs departments work to monitor and act on proposed legislation and government actions at the state and federal levels. Agricultural Members will receive the weekly state governmental affairs "Working for You" emails and the bi-weekly federal policy emails.
