Please join us in celebrating the Liberty Ranch FFA NATIONAL CHAMPION Conduct of Chapter Meetings (Novice Parliamentary Procedure) team!

After over a year of preparation, dedication, and teamwork, Jeffrey Garner, Hannah McCune, Allison Richardson, Christian Maciel, Nolan House, Kennie Thomas, and Caitlynn Camacho have earned the prestigious title of National Champions. This contest challenges students to demonstrate their parliamentary procedure skills in a realistic chapter meeting setting, and these students rose to the occasion.

Special recognition goes to Kennie Thomas, who was awarded the Outstanding Member (Outstanding Debater) award, and Caitlynn Camacho, who achieved the 3rd highest test score on the exam portion of the contest.

But the accolades don’t stop there! Congratulations are also in order for the Liberty Ranch FFA RESERVE NATIONAL CHAMPION Agricultural Sales team:

Aliyah Scarlato, who earned FIRST High Individual honors, Taylor Klein, who earned a Gold Award, Taryn Cooley, who also earned a Gold Award, and Larry Lucas who earned a Silver Individual Award.

This exceptional team demonstrated their expertise by selling a range of products, including pig feed and Kubota construction equipment. Their competition included a written test, team activity, individual sales presentations, and a customer service call featuring @kubotausa skid steers, track loaders, and attachments. A heartfelt thank-you to industry professionals Cody McQueen, Derek Castro, Kyle Hagen, and Blake Barnes for their invaluable guidance and mentorship to the Liberty Ranch FFA Ag Sales Team.

In addition, the Liberty Ranch FFA Advanced Parliamentary Procedure team achieved RESERVE NATIONAL CHAMPION honors in one of the most challenging Leadership Development Events. Their success reflects countless hours of studying, practicing, and perfecting their skills. Tema Members include Trevor Schweitz, Abilgail Woods, Gabrielle Akers, Joey O’Neal, Vanessa Iturriaga, and Zia Ruppert.

Advanced Parliamentary Procedure competitor Abigail Woods explained the impact of competing and representing Liberty Ranch at the highest level in the FFA Organization, “Competing at Nationals was such a surreal experience. The hours upon hours of work my teammates, coaches, and I all put in and it all came down to one final week. It is still unbelievable that we placed second in the entire nation. I will be forever grateful for this opportunity I was given and the people who dedicated their time to help us achieve this dream.”

The effort, commitment, and dedication of all three teams have been truly inspiring. While the hard work may not always be visible to the outside world, the advisors and supporters behind the scenes see every ounce of effort these students put forth. Congratulations to each team member, their families, and the entire LRHS community for these outstanding accomplishments!
